ECHO-MANIAK aka DJ RAHUL UDAIPUR aka RAHUL SAHU a.k.a. Echo Maniak got into DJ-ing in the year 2009 and since then he has played at numerous Private Parties, Corporate Gigs & Destination weddings across India. Rahul hails from the famous city of lakes, Udaipur in Rajasthan. The culture and the traditions of Mewar are deeply imbibed in him since childhood. His passion for music and undying love for his ethnicity led him to learn a Rajasthani Folk percussive instrument called Kartal which is indigenous to the region. He has a deep desire to fuse the elements of Rajasthani Folk in his live performances and also his music which he plans on producing soon in the near future. Rahul got his big break when Sam Sand Dunes Desert Safari Camp - A Group of Luxurious Desert Camps & Resorts in Jaisalmer invited him to headline their New Year’s Eve Party in 2013. The party’s huge success got him widespread recognition across Rajasthan and since then he regularly got booked for various private gigs in his hometown Udaipur and other cities in Rajasthan as well. As of now, Rahul has shifted his base to Mumbai to get a taste of its Nightlife and also to learn and master the Art of Turntable.
